A motivated Support Officer role in the Refugee Status Unit of Immigration New Zealand – a permanent, full‑time position based in Auckland CBD with a salary range of $55,624 – $65,829.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, e.g., confirmation of claim forms.
- Managing information systems : recording, storing and retrieving information in written and electronic formats.
- Serving as the public face of the unit – assisting claimants and their lawyers and responding to inquiries from the public.
