We're growing our Finance team and are looking for two talented Accounts Payable Officers to join us, you may have previous experience or developing your career in accounts payable.
You will be detail-oriented and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll be responsible for the efficient processing of supplier invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
You'll work closely with the wider Finance team, Procurement and other business units to support daily operations and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Key responsibilities of this role include.
Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure appropriate coding and approvals.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Support weekly and monthly payment runs.
Respond to supplier and internal queries in a timely, professional manner.
Assist with accounts payable reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
Ensure adherence to financial policies and support audit requirements.
Contribute to team reporting, administrative tasks, and process improvement initiatives.
About you
You're organised and have a strong eye for detail.
You enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment and take pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in your work.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance support role.
Familiarity with accounting systems and invoice processing workflows.
Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
A certificate or diploma in accounting or business administration (preferred).
