Store Manager

We have an exciting opportunity at Pak N Save Royal Oak for a Store Manager to join our team!

Over the last 12 months we’ve really invested in upgrading our store to ensure a top-notch customer experience. We’re now looking for a Store Manager who will keep their foot on the gas to help us to drive continuous improvement and support our vision to be the heart of the Royal Oak community.

This role would suit a seasoned retail manager with strengths in people leadership, driving team engagement as well as a good understanding of food retail.

The Role

Rostered Days : Tuesday-Saturday

• Ensure operational delivery standards are met / exceeded across all departments – with a specific focus on supporting Fresh Foods.
• Overview and management of department sales and GP targets, ensuring cost goals are achieved and looking for opportunities for sales growth.
• Lead and influence our team of 240, supporting department managers and working closely with SLT.
• Assisting HR Manager and Department Managers with recruitment, disciplinaries and performance reviews where required.
• Working with compliance manager to ensure our store is fully compliant with all food safety and health & safety requirements.
