Job description
A health organization in New Zealand is seeking a Community Assessment and Rehabilitation professional. You will primarily contact and visit older clients to assess their independence while collaborating with their families and support agencies. Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses or Allied Health Professionals with a commitment to equitable health outcomes for Māori and experience in therapeutic relationships. The role is full-time and requires a Full Driver's License.
