About the role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll be at the heart of our clinic, providing advanced, evidence-based care, leading clinical decision-making, and building meaningful relationships with patients and whānau.

Key responsibilities include :

• Diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Lead treatment planning and deliver comprehensive primary care
• Conduct health assessments and provide triage when required
• Support and empower patients in managing their health and well being
• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to quality improvement, research, and mentoring

About you

You're a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in your community. You value teamwork, continuous learning and patient-centred care.

• Current Nurse Practitioner registration and APC (NZ)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Confidence working independently and within a team
• A proactive, growth-focused approach to professional development
