About Us

Many young people in New Zealand experience mental‑health difficulties during childhood and teenage years. Our Marinoto North Child and Adolescent Team offers support to young people and their Whānau across the Marinoto North / Rodney areas.

We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our dedicated and supportive team. The role supports service operations and clinical leadership with the North Team.

Marinoto Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service sees young people with moderate to severe mental‑health disorders. The leadership position will be primarily based with the North Team at Milford.

Key Responsibilities

• Support service operations and provide clinical leadership to the North Team.
• Ensure quality and safe delivery of mental‑health services for youth and young adults.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage risk.
• Communicate effectively with clinicians, whānau and stakeholders.
• Apply the CAPA model of service delivery.
