Warehouse Assistant

• Otago - Queenstown Freight, Stock, and Material Movers, Hand Bidfood Queenstown are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dayshift Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring picking wholesale customer food orders from the dry store, chillers, freezers and fresh produce department, packing order and loading trucks.

The role will also involve assisting with receiving, checking and storage of inwards goods, replenishment, cleaning and other warehouse tasks.

6am start time and approximately 8 hour shifts.

A minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed and maximum of 60 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities : Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Organize and store products in the warehouse following safety protocols.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and updates.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
