Production Supervisor

Pack Tech Moulding Limited, based in Rolleston, has over 20 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing injection and extrusion blow moulded products. Pack Tech is committed to providing their pharmaceutical, industrial and food industry customers with innovated packaging solutions to best meet their needs.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This pivotal role is responsible leadership of Production Operators including onboarding, training and day to day supervision; and production documentation - all while meeting the highest quality and product safety standards.

What you’ll do :

• Supervision : Onboard, training and lead Production Operators on your shift. Ensure all team members are working to correct policies and procedures. Develop the team to achieve high performance.
• Culture : Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while maintaining high energy and team satisfaction.
• Documentation : Ensure all documentation, raw materials and quality related parts and equipment are made available to the team.
• Quality : Complete post production QA inspections of product and documentation before approving the release of the goods for sale.
• Problem Solving : Work closely with the team to identify and resolve issues in the production process, ensuring seamless operations.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, including health, safety, food safety, and environmental standards.

What you’ll bring :

This is a day shift position working 12.5 hour shifts – 6am – 6.30pm - 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on then 5 days off. You will work one day every 2nd weekend (this could be Saturday or Sunday) and always have the other weekend off.
