Are you a hands-on, reliable team player with a current forklift licence? Our well-established client is looking for a Warehouse Operator to join their high-performing team in Albany. What You'll Be Doing :

• Accurately processing customer orders to meet daily delivery targets
• Receiving, logging, and storing incoming goods in the correct locations
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Packaging and labelling shipments to company standards
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient
• Following all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe workspace
• Rotating across various warehouse functions to build a broad skillset

What We're Looking For :

• Current forklift licence (Counterbalance and Reach) - essential
• Warehouse experience, particularly with inwards goods and dispatch - preferred
• Strong attention to detail, especially with batch or expiry-controlled stock
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A strong work ethic - able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit - comfortable lifting up to 20kg (most items under 10kg) and on your feet all day
• Safety-first mindset - pride in maintaining a safe, tidy workspace
