Rangitoto School is a small two-classroom rural school just outside of Te Kuiti set in a beautiful location.

We are well-resourced with low class numbers and a supportive community.

Our amazing junior teacher is leaving us and we are urgently seeking a dedicated and passionate New Zealand registered teacher with strengths in structured literacy (we use the iDeaL programme) and maths for the start of

Experience teaching in multi-level classrooms plus a strong curriculum knowledge would be advantageous.

We are looking for a teacher who is well planned and organised and flexible enough to cope with all the activities and tasks that occur in a small school.

You will need to be a reliable, collaborative, team worker who builds strong relationships with both students and their families – a good sense of humour is a definite plus!

The position is a permanent 0.5 FTTE plus a one-year fixed term in

• of 0.3 to make a 0.8 role.
