About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and forward‑thinking Head of Beverages to lead our beverage vision, drive innovation and champion sustainability across every pour, garnish and glass.
Based at our Orakei Bay head office (and often working hands‑on at events), you’ll be responsible for crafting inspiring beverage lists, managing suppliers, training bar teams, and overseeing bar presentation and service across all venues and aspects of our business. You’ll also establish and run our development bar at Orakei Bay and make this a space for innovation, education, and experimentation.
You’ll also lead sustainability initiatives within the beverage department — from local and ethical sourcing to using native ingredients, reducing bottle and can waste, and finding smarter, greener ways to serve.
Role starts January 19.
