• The role
• Reporting to the Service Foreman, an opportunity has become available for a self-motivated and energetic person to join our busy Truckstops Service Department as our
• Operations Assistant.
• In this position, you’ll be focused on picking up and delivering trucks to our customers and sub-contractors, site management for safe vehicle movements and vehicle grooming. You may also provide support in the general duties & COFs of the service department as needed.
• About you
• To be successful in this role you will :
• hold a Class 5 license with experience driving a range of trucks
• have excellent verbal communication skills for face-to-face and phone conversations
• understand what fabulous customer service should be and deliver that service every time
• have a can-do attitude with the ability to jump in and help the wider team as needed
• have a positive attitude, a team mentality, and great sense of humour
