The Recruitment & Rostering Manager, Overseas Operations will work closely with the Overseas Operations Manager to assist with overseas operations services following the

• General Election. The main task of the role is to ensure the right people are recruited and rostered to support the work of the overseas team. This includes all recruitment related activities from selection through to induction and rostering.

Starting in January this is a fixed term role until December

The salary for this role is $88,880

To be successful in this role you will have attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new processes and systems. You can work in complex environments where there is a lot going on at one time, working with people from all walks of life. You thrive in the excitement of delivering a significant event. You can be flexible with your work week, including working evenings and weekends during busy periods. Experience in bulk recruitment for large events preferred but not required.
