Lead, Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the data science practice in Mediacorp, including guiding and mentoring a team of data scientists.
• Analyse and translate large amounts of data into meaningful, actionable insights for commercial purposes by applying various machine‑learning and deep‑learning techniques.
• Lead, design and implement quantitative analytical models, including forecasting and predictive models, identity graphs, recommendations and various performance optimization initiatives to enhance business outcomes.
• Establish internal benchmarks and best practices in data science approaches.
• Support product development efforts including understanding business needs, documenting data and data integration requirements, and resolving conflicting business / data architecture rules.
• Become an internal authority on Mediacorp's data tools and data science output.
• Support ad‑hoc data science strategic initiatives.
