As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you are critical in engaging our workforce in the processing / delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.

You will be based at our Taranaki Operations Centre.Hours : Monday to Friday : 08 : 00 to 17 : 00 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)About this role : Daily interaction with delivery agents, courier drivers, Rural delivery drivers, customer service team and warehouse staffMonitor and improve productivity within the contracted delivery teamAssist with customer queriesBe involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and asking for solutionsUndertake vital administration tasksSupport the Service Delivery Manager to motivate, lead and coach the contracted delivery fleetIf you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you.To be the ideal candidate for this role you will : Have intermediate level computer skillsConfident interacting with people from all backgrounds via face to face, phone and emailExperience in fleet management or logistics highly sought after but not essential as long as it is relatableProven ability to work under pressure, can make solid decisions without direction or resourcesEnjoy responsibility, strong problem solver, back yourself and not afraid to have tough conversationsYou rise to a challenge, welcome and embrace change and can work with ambiguityWell, are you up for it?
