The Role

As our Duty Manager, you’ll support the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations, lead service, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless experience. This role suits a motivated hospitality professional ready to take the next step in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during service and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and safety
• Support training, rostering, and performance development
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and daily cash‑up
• Manage guest enquiries, functions, and complaints with confidence
• Uphold liquor licensing and health & safety compliance
• Must be available to begin work December 1st, 2025
