As our Business Development Manager, you’ll uncover opportunities, craft solutions, and drive growth for clients using our cutting‑edge platform. You’ll partner with decision‑makers to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions that transform businesses. Some Of Your Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing a pipeline of new client opportunities, developing these opportunities so NZXWT has a clear understanding of client needs, and opportunities within the NZ market.
• Preparing prospective client proposals including responses to Requests for Proposal and presentations.
• Organising NZXWT contributions to client proposals and presentations.
• Arranging and attending client meetings and presentations and managing clients through our sales cycle.
• Attending industry and user forum workshops, seminars and presentations.

To be successful in the role you’ll need :

Additionally you’ll have a high degree of honesty and integrity, be self‑organised, have excellent written and oral communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills, and have the ability to work in a team.
