As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between diverse stakeholder needs and technical solutions, working within an agile team on web, mobile apps, and CRM system enhancements, as well as larger projects such as system replacements and migrations.

- Drive the understanding of project outcomes, ensuring accurate delivery of both larger initiatives and smaller enhancements.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in a financial services environmentExperience with digital and future-focused projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearlyExperience in collaborating with third-party IT suppliers in an outsourced environmentAbility to reverse engineer specification documents and provide direction to junior team membersFamiliarity with agile methodologies and modern product management techniquesProficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and LucidNice to Have Skills
Experience with customer journey mapping and client experience (CX) strategiesKnowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industriesPrevious experience in a startup or rapidly growing environmentPreferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in business analysis within the financial services sectorOther Requirements
