Job descriptionProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in a financial services environment Experience with digital and future-focused projects Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly Experience in collaborating with third-party IT suppliers in an outsourced environment Ability to reverse engineer specification documents and provide direction to junior team members Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management techniques Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucid Experience with customer journey mapping and client experience (CX) strategies Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries Previous experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the financial services sector Flexibility to work in our office three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday as core days, while accommodating project needs The ability to innovate and present information in new and engaging ways
Our forward-thinking financial services client is looking to grow their digital product team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between diverse stakeholder needs and technical solutions, working within an agile team on web, mobile apps, and CRM system enhancements, as well as larger projects such as system replacements and migrations.
Responsibilities
- Drive the understanding of project outcomes, ensuring accurate delivery of both larger initiatives and smaller enhancements.
