About the role, your responsibilities will include :

Confidently offering a range of finance and insurance products to customers nationwide.

Securing sales and exceeding targets.

Responding timely to any sales leads or prospects with appropriate follow up.

Building strong relationships with customers resulting in successful sales and repeat business.

Ensuring exceptional customer service is always maintained.

Building and maintain successful relations with finance / insurance co representatives and staff.

Guaranteeing compliance of finance and insurance deals in accordance with specific lender requirements.

Acting responsiblyand ethically by ensuring customers are fully informed about all aspects of their finance and insurance products and adhere to disclosure requirements at all times.

Assisting with the continual improvement of practices and processes for better business and customer outcomes.

What you’ll need to succeed

A hunger for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Operate with a sense of ownership, seeing things through to completion.

Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with customers over the phone or in person.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize a sales pipeline.

Be capable of assessing multiple factors for each customer to undertake loan qualification.

Previous experience in financial or banking services would be an advantage or similar industry experience – Mortgage Broker, Travel Agent, Real Estate Agent.

The successful applicant must be available for some rostered weekend work.
