Hilton operates two properties in Queenstown – Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa and DoubleTree by Hilton Queenstown – and employees can work across both.
What will I be doing?
- Develop and deliver menus that ensure guest satisfaction.
- Produce consistent, high‑quality meals.
- Keep up to date with culinary trends.
- Supervise and develop your section team.
- Assist in maximizing F&B revenue through effective food cost control.
