Building off a set of core values that are lived daily by the team and by ensuring legendary customer support Farmgard are now looking for an exceptional Sales Support & CRM Coordinator to help them drive forward and maintain focus on what is important.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the Sales Manager and Business Development Team with CRM accuracy, data entry, and sales pipeline management.
Maintaining a clean, accurate, and insightful CRM that delivers real, actionable insights.
Preparing and presenting sales reports and figures in clear, easy-to-understand formats.
Assisting with emails, quotes, proposals, and appointments to keep the sales team running smoothly.
Ensuring systems, processes, and communications stay sharp, professional, and on point.

Numbers‑savvy – a solid understanding of Excel, accounting basics, and financial logic.
A confident communicator, able to collaborate, challenge, and clarify when needed.
Analytical and problem‑solving with a knack for making sense of data and improving systems.
Tech‑comfortable, especially with Microsoft, CRM tools – experience with Excel and HubSpot an advantage.
Ready to go above and beyond — because “good enough” just isn’t your style.
Good geographical knowledge of New Zealand.
