Marketing Account Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Account Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple business units.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about brand growth, storytelling, and writing.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist and your key contacts.

Collaborate and connect with business unit managers to develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive engagement and elevate brand presence.

With a strong focus on our hotel portfolio, this role will challenge you to find positive solutions that will assist the operational teams in generating new business in a wide variety of commercial disciplines.

You'll be part of a small but ambitious marketing team, where teamwork, collaboration and an internal agency approach is delivering positive results in a fast moving and complicated business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans across multiple business units

Create and write copy for a range of different campaigns and marketing activities

Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, EDMs, and website content

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns

Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights

Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all platforms

Contribute to special projects including rebrands and website development

About You

2+ years' experience in a similar marketing role

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Proficient in Word, Excel, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads & Google My Business

Strong communication and organizational skills

Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail

Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering integrated marketing solutions

Experience using Monday.com is not essential but preferred
