About the Role

Physiotherapist - Community / Rehab

We are seeking a NZ Registered Physiotherapist who is skilled in rehabilitation and vestibular work and wants to further their experience / skills in this area.

This role could include, if interested, rostered weekend work and on-call after a period of training / orientating to relevant competencies.

About the Team / Service / Location

This work occurs within the Physiotherapy / Intermediate Care department at Taranaki Base Hospital or Hawera Hospital or can occur in community locations.

About you

• Current NZ Physiotherapy Annual Practising Certificate
• Valid work Visa for NZ and driver's licence
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Physiotherapist with 2 years working in the rehab sector
• Problem solving approach
• Excellent cultural knowledge practice; Te Reo speaking is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills to work with other staff and patients
• Excellent computer skills
• Desire for ongoing self-directed learning
• Working visa / NZ residence (as appropriate)
