We're looking for a Corrections Clinical Lead - AOD to guide clinical practice across Wiri Women's Prison and Auckland Prison (Paremoremo) .

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role where you'll lead a passionate team and embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a high-impact environment working for Emerge Aotearoa and in partnership with Mahitahi.

What you'll do :

• Lead and support AOD Practitioners, Peer Support, and Wairua / Rongoá Practitioners
• Provide clinical supervision and coaching
• Champion Te Ao Māori and Wairua practices in AOD treatment
• Deliver assessments, brief interventions, and group programmes
• Collaborate with Corrections, Mahitahi Trust, and partners
• Drive quality improvement and influence service design
