We are seeking motivated and dynamic Registered Nurses to work in our Adult Community Mental Health teams

About the Role
Our Adult Community Mental Health services consist of four city-based teams offering assessment and treatment for adults aged between 18-65 years with significant and enduring mental illness.
In this role you will provide evidence-based nursing care in the community setting, working closely with service users, whanau, and wider health sector providers with a strong focus on supporting service users back to Primary Care following specialist input. You will be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, peer support workers, Pukenga Atawhai and other nursing colleagues.
The role offers a dynamic mix of clinical autonomy, community outreach and team collaboration. Your daily work will include conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans and coordinating care to ensure safety, stability and progress towards recovery. You will support service users in their homes, in community settings and within primary care partnerships, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, empathy and respect.
We have multiple permanent full‑time and part‑time positions available, along with fixed‑term full‑time and part‑time opportunities covering parental leave and internal secondments.
