We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Power BI talent to join our highly engaged Category team in Auckland.

As our Category Analytics Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing data to life — improving access, usability, and insight generation for our Demand Associates across Snacking, Pet, and Food segments.

If you’re someone who loves building intuitive dashboards , streamlining reporting, and making data tell a story, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the way in improving scan / shopper data access and usability across all business segments.
• Own and enhance the Mars NZ Power BI reporting hub – you’ll be our go-to Power BI and Power Query expert.
• Create and maintain a range of self-serve dashboards, empowering teams to access insights independently.
• Act as the technical owner for Perfect Store reporting, analysis, and development.
• Support BI localisation projects and drive consistency across reporting frameworks.
