We are seeking an experienced Property Manager (2–4 years) to manage A & B grade commercial and industrial assets across Auckland.

The Opportunity

Property Manager working on commercial & industrial assets across Auckland.

• Responsible for the overall performance of properties within the portfolio.
• Preparation of the annual business strategy plan, detailed cash flow budgets and monitoring of those budgets and forecasts.
• Liaising with tenants regarding lease administration and policies / procedures, maintaining close contact regarding business changes.
