Project Manager - Pacific

Our Infrastructure Delivery team provides multi-disciplinary infrastructure solutions across New Zealand and the South Pacific. With a strong pipeline of projects ahead, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team!

Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring all project requirements are met while optimising resources to drive successful, profitable outcomes without compromising on quality or safety. This role suits a dynamic professional who thrives in varied and challenging environments and is flexible to working in various locations across the South Pacific on a FIFO basis. This role involves frequent travel therefore candidates with the flexibility to be mobile may be considered for a remote base location.

Responsibilities will include :

• Managing all aspects of project delivery to meet time, budget, safety, and quality targets
• Developing project plans, managing risks, and leading onsite teams
• Tracking budgets, controlling costs, and reporting to ensure commercial success
• Supporting, developing, and guiding your team to perform at their best
• Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Championing health, safety, and environmental standards
