About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director to join us in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. Shape strategy, lead high‑performing teams and collaborate across the firm to deliver outstanding, tech‑enabled insights for our clients.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead engagements – Oversee detailed financial analysis and due diligence engagements, reviewing earnings, working capital, and debt positions to drive informed deal decisions.
• Advise strategically – Partner with clients across private equity, corporate, and public sectors to structure and execute complex transactions that deliver value.
• Grow relationships – Build trusted connections with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Develop people – Lead and coach team members, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive innovation – Produce clear, insightful reports and recommendations that demonstrate strong analytical rigor and commercial understanding.
• Accelerate growth – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry, regulatory, and market developments to provide forward‑thinking advice.
