We’re now on the hunt for passionate hospitality legends to join our PONSONBY team. Whether you’re a Duty Manager , Bartender , or an experienced Floor Staff member looking to level up, this is your chance to be part of something special.

The Roles

Duty Managers → Lead the floor, run smooth services, and keep the good vibes flowing. You’ll manage team performance, guest flow, and venue standards — all while keeping guests smiling and the energy high.

Bartenders → You’re the heartbeat behind the bar — shaking, stirring, and serving up unforgettable nights. A good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is a plus, but an even better attitude is non-negotiable.

Floor Staff → Bring the charm, the hustle, and the teamwork. You’ll deliver quick, friendly service and make every guest feel like a VIP.

You Bring To The Table

1+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar (ideal but not essential — we train the right people)

Excellent food & beverage knowledge

Strong time management and multitasking skills

A passion for hospitality and guest experience

LCQ and GM Cert preferred (we can sponsor the right candidate)
