About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations and bring out the best in your team.
You'll be responsible for :
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of five
Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a warm store environment
Managing KPIs, budgets, and store performance
Overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards
Creating an organised, efficient, and supportive workplace
Who We're Looking For
A confident leader with previous store management or senior retail leadership experience
Someone who leads from the front, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about their team
Strong operational skills (stock, KPIs, rosters, VM, customer service)
A supportive, down-to-earth manager who thrives in a busy, people-driven environment
