The Code Crew is seeking Senior C++ Software Engineers to join our team and work directly on-site with one of our key clients .

NOTE : This is a 1 year, fixed term, full-time role based in Christchurch.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of heavy equipment operation, tackling complex, cross-platform challenges along the way.

In this role, you’ll be embedded in our client’s team as a senior C++ dev, mentoring and supporting a team of talented developers. If you thrive in a collaborative, technically challenging environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be working on

Heavy machinery guidance system for a joint venture between two leading global companies.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and maintain complex C++ applications and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality software
• Optimise code performance, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and share knowledge with junior developers
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest C++ technologies, trends, and industry best practices
