The Role

As Event Operations Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of event professionals and oversee the seamless planning and execution of all events including large‑scale and high‑risk events. This is a hands‑on leadership role where everyday brings new challenges and opportunities from strategic planning to on‑the‑ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team of event professionals
• Oversee planning and delivery of events, ensuring compliance and risk management
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and clients
• Manage budgets, systems (Momentus / Ungerboeck), and operational documentation
• Champion Health & Safety and continuous improvement across all events
• A solid understanding of ticketing systems and their integration into event planning and delivery
