Air Conditioning – Senior Installer

Eastside Refrigeration is a well-established Hamilton based Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Company playing a key role in Hamilton’s HVAC&R industry for over 45 years.

We are seeking positive and energetic applicant to join and lead our installation team.

About the role :

• Lead the quality of our installs and problem solve issues to provide our clients with a high standard of installation
• Technically on top of your game and up to date with HVAC products
• Site visits pre-install to scope the install before the install team attend the site
• Our installation team focuses on quality, you will be responsible to deliver this quality
• Our level of service and the quality of our installations is our point of difference
• We service Hamilton city with a few installs in surrounding towns

Our client base is residential ranging from owner occupiers, rentals and group home builders and small commercial jobs.

About you :

A very experienced tradesmen with excellent communication skills from a complementary trade, Electrical, Plumbing / gas fitting or similar could be considered.

Because we are working in people’s homes you must be tidy, honest, and reliable with good communication skills. Police checks will apply for this role.
