About the role

This client‑facing leadership role supports the Architectural Lead and provides direction to multidisciplinary teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of health infrastructure, delivering complex projects, and driving design excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major health infrastructure projects across ANZ.
• Provide architectural health planning and design management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development, bid preparation, and client account management.
• Champion innovation, safety, and inclusion in all aspects of project delivery.
