I'm partnering with a well‑established Christchurch practice known for its friendly, down‑to‑earth culture and strong reputation across residential and commercial property, private client, and relationship property work. The team is collaborative, approachable, and committed to delivering high‑quality service to long‑standing clients.

Role

You'll join a tight‑knit team and play a key part in supporting a busy and varied client base. Your work will include :

• Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish
• Assisting with refinancing, subdivisions, and general property matters
• Preparing trust deeds, wills, and enduring powers of attorney
• Supporting relationship property matters and broader private client work
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions
• Contributing to a positive team culture and maintaining excellent client relationships
