Specialist Operator

We are looking for a motivated Specialist Operator to join the team at Waingaro . You will be someone with a proven track record of delivering a high standard of work in all tasks undertaken. This is an exciting opportunity to join a hardworking and close-knit team.

The ideal candidate will be someone with a wealth of experience under their belt. You'll need to be an all-round operator with solid earthworks experience as well as strong knowledge of crushing and screening. This person must be dedicated to achieving high levels of productivity while maintaining a strong commitment to Health and Safety standards.

About the role

As a Quarry Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining a range of quarry plant. You will be responsible for operating fixed crushing plant, in addition to a range of mobile plant such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, and watercarts . You will have ongoing opportunity to develop your skillset in quarry plant operations.

About you

In addition to previous machinery operation experience, our successful candidate will also have :

• A Full Class 2 licence
• WTR is compulsory
• An experienced and qualified operator
• Good attitude toward the care and maintenance of machinery
• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
