Team Experience Operations Specialist

This is a part time position offering 20 hours per week Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.

Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency.

Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.

What you'll do | Hei mahi Execute Operations Lead Team : Follow routines for accurate, on-time process completion and lead your "swarm" to ensure work is done correctly.

Manage Workforce Development : Assist with optimised scheduling, oversee multiskilling, recruitment, succession planning, and lead onboarding and training.

Champion Safety Compliance : Promote a safe and healthy environment by following protocols, reporting hazards, and monitoring compliance procedures.

Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely escalate process-related issues to your Function Lead for quick resolution.

Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and foster team collaboration through "Better Together" connections.
