Our Christchurch based Contact Centre has been set up as the first point of contact for the majority of our internal and external customers.

The Customer Service Representative will be taking orders / requests for a variety of products and services with accuracy being a major component of the role, while also managing a number of key processes and projects offering variety in your day.
This is not your standard Contact Centre role and we require someone that can demonstrate a 'can do' attitude consistently delivering to a high standard.
We have a great team culture where our people really do make a difference and this has played an important part in the progress and success of the Contact Centre.
Key Duties : Provide effective customer service and build rapport with clients and suppliers Take accurate orders for products and services Inbound and Outbound customer service calling Provide information to clients in a professional and friendly manner Proactively assist colleagues and suppliers with queries and problem solving.
Skills and Experience : Personable and approachable with a proven ability to build relationships Customer service experience and excellent communication skills Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail Rural experience is advantageous but not strictly required.
