Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Working Location : Ayer Rajah (near MRT)

Working Hours : 5 Days, Mon-Thu (8.30 AM - 6 PM), Fri (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Accounts staff (including overseas) in administering the overall financial functions and information systems encompassing monthly and yearly financial reports.

Participate in planning and advise Managing Director in financial related matters.

Manage all corporate tax and GST matters.

Supervise the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and handle full set of accounts.

Provide consolidated financial statements, management reports and budgets, including financial analysis and review timely.

Handle daily financial operations while upholding strict compliance to financial policies and regulations.

Manage the company's Fixed Assets.

Develop and implement internal control process and procedure documentation.

Manage treasury operations including cash flow for all countries, credit control, foreign exchange management, banker's guarantees and trade financing (Import & Export LC).

Review and prepare monthly and yearly financial statements and management reports of overseas operations in regional countries.

Act as a liaison with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

Degree or professional accountancy qualification.

CPA / ACCA certification is highly preferred.

Minimum 5 years of related working experience.

Excellent accounting knowledge and application of accounting standards.

Experienced in financial consolidation and audit processes.

Regional accounting experience is an added advantage.

Good command of written and spoken Chinese to communicate with overseas offices, including Chinese speaking associates.

Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central software (good to have).

Able to travel for occasional business trips.
