Job descriptionProvide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience. Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs. Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction. Champion Customer Service & Engagement : Be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints. Drive Product Availability & Quality : Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation. Support Smooth Operations & Standards : Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Prioritize Safety & Compliance : Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements. Customer-Centric Focus : You provide outstanding customer service, consistently focused on maximizing loyalty through personalized support. Strong Interpersonal Skills : You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions. Integrity & Professionalism : You demonstrate a clear commitment to company values and integrity, consistently upholding professional standards and policies. Detail-Oriented & Proactive : You are detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in your work and proactively escalating issues to management when necessary.
