Position Purpose – Ko te aronga o te tūraka

WellSouth’s most important relationships are with general practices — the foundation of primary care delivery. The Practice Partner serves as the strategic and operational connector between WellSouth and its network of general practices, ensuring practices are well supported to deliver sustainable, equitable, and high-quality care.

The Practice Partner delivers responsive, high-quality, and locally tailored support to general practices across the Southern region. The role ensures that practices are well‑positioned to implement new models of care, meet national targets, and achieve our equitable outcomes.

You will be working collaboratively with our Integration Director and Senior Leadership Team.
