The Role

• Key member of the central leadership team engaging regularly with both CEO and COO
• Preparation and delivery of monthly management and consolidated financial reporting including commentary
• Management of the annual forecasting process and ongoing performance monitoring
• Year‑end financial and statutory reporting including management of the external audit process
• Ensure the group payroll timelines are met and all processes comply with legislation
• People leadership and development
