About the Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to join our team and help take Southland Trailers to the next level. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that works together to drive innovation, quality, and success. If you’re a self‑starter who loves challenges, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping of products.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Help manage warehouse team members, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy of records.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate logistics and streamline supply chain processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Review performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and help implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize and reduce costs.
