Regional Manager - Northen

We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Northern Regional Manager for an iconic and much-loved brand.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you'll support and guide a network of store teams from coaching store managers, shaping the customer experience, and driving performance using our trusted sales framework.

This role is hands-on and people-focused, perfect for someone who leads by example, thrives on connection, and knows how to bring out the best in their team while achieving results.

As part of our Senior Retail Team based out of Auckland, you will create an environment where people are valued and support our teams to bring to life our purpose every day. Driving sales and achievement of KPIs will be your natural cadence, alongside your ambition to develop our team through the Bendon career pathway.
