Bar Manager

Mr. Pickles Bar & Eatery is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our vibrant team. We're known for our great drinks, laid‑back‑but‑lively atmosphere, and seriously good food. What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory, stock control, and financial management
• Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and special beverage offerings to drive sales
• Train, schedule, and supervise a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Assist with the overall management of the venue
