As their new GM, reporting to the board of directors, you’ll be the leader bringing consistency and driving performance across their two offices (Gisborne and Wairoa).

Day‑to‑day, this will see you providing oversight, leadership, and vision, for all business and administrative operations, including finance, client service, human resources, IT and Systems. Your focus will be to keep the firm running smoothly while driving and implementing initiatives that support future growth, direction, and performance.

An outward‑thinking, innovative and stakeholder focused approach is vital to success in this role. You’ll be a switched‑on warm communicator who can comfortably juggle multiple priorities. Nothing will be a problem for you. Ideally you will have senior leadership experience in a professional service or aligned environment, but either way, you will bring a well‑honed communication and engagement style. You will have an IT and systems bent, combined with a strategic mindset that will ensure you can support the future direction and growth here.
