Production Team Leader

As a Team Leader, You’ll play a key role on the factory floor — leading your team to meet production targets safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll lead by example, communicate with all members of the business and ensure that all processes run efficiently while still actively maintaining our Company Values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team
• Lead and participate in prestart meetings
• Maintain correct flow of materials, equipment, and information within your designated area
• Allocate resources and plan rosters to optimise shift efficiency.
• Managing the day-to-day production, scheduling, inventory, quality assurance, ensuring processes are followed, and delivery is on time to meet customer requirements.
• Provide clear direction, training, and coaching to team members through SOP’s and H & S Stds
