Purpose
We're looking for an experienced eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the commercial performance of eCommerce brands. Own revenue delivery, trading strategy, promotional planning, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimisation across all regions. Set strategy and direction, while the Digital Marketing Coordinator executes builds and content. Work alongside the SEO + PPC Lead to match traffic with high‑converting onsite and email experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trading & Revenue Growth
- Own the marketing calendars across AU / NZ / UK / EU.
- Plan promotions, bundles, and commercial campaigns.
- Monitor sales weekly and adjust tactics to hit revenue targets.
- Manage onsite merchandising, category focus, and product mix.
2. Website Experience & Conversion
Oversee UX, CRO, landing pages, and checkout optimisation.Improve add‑to‑cart rate, AOV, and checkout completion.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent brand execution.3. Email & Lifecycle Ownership
Manage all email campaigns across all sites.Review and optimise automated flows (welcome, post‑purchase, abandoned cart, browse).Grow the email database through capture tools and lead funnels.Monitor deliverability, segmentation, and list health.4. Campaign & Communication Planning
Create clear comms plans for email, onsite, and paid channels.Approve content built by Digital Marketing Coordinator.Ensure cross‑business alignment for sales, launches, and seasonal moments.5. Reporting & Forecasting
Deliver weekly trading + email performance reports.Identify issues early and propose commercial fixes.Maintain monthly sales forecasting and variance reporting.6. Team & Workflow Management
Manage Digital Marketing Coordinator effectively; set briefs, templates, and QA processes.Coordinator is responsible for :
Copy writingLoading / building emails and content per the calendarExecution of strategy set by eCommerce and Digital Marketing ManagerLiaising with departments to set up and execute promotions, updates and campaignsPulls reports for eCommerce and Digital Marketing Manager to review and use for optimisation of strategy.Work alongside PPC + SEO Lead, who manages :
Paid ads, SEO, traffic acquisition, ROAS and keyword strategy.Key Skills & Experience
4+ years in eCommerce trading, digital marketing, or lifecycle management.Strong proficiency in web platform systems, analytics tools, and CX optimisation.Experience driving revenue through marketing trading calendars and promotions.Confident in email strategy, flows, segmentation, and reporting.Strong communicator who can manage cross‑functional priorities and fast turnarounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
