About the Role : As the QE Manager, you will lead a globally distributed QA team, overseeing manual and automated testing strategies. This role is pivotal in embedding best practices, improving test coverage, and driving a transformation toward automation-first approaches across projects and BAU.

Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years in QA / QE, with 2+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in manual testing and automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Experience integrating automation into CI / CD pipelines
• Proficiency with test tools like Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across product and engineering
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities
• Excellent communication skills across distributed teams
